Araceli, although I think any martial art is better or more effective in terms of defense. Speaking of video you see and many that you can see on our site, do not think it's the martial arts who is better or worse, but are the qualities that make each fighter wins the fight.
Muay thai The martial art is a very effective and you can see in a video a jiu jitsu fighter (muay thai like) beating one of kung fu, who is also a fast martial art .. from my point of view are the fighters who have the virtues to win a fight.

hi all. I am a prof. wtf taekwondo, jiu jistu and practitioner of boxing. boludeces leave aside the criticism and the arts amrciales, each has his own style, period. for more strong the thai, if not that of tkd grab this fried. and is faster than taekwondo, if not measure time and going to crash, you lose. each with its own style.
